We are delighted to see that the National Army Museum has been successful in its application to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a grant of £11.5m to support its Building for the Future project. Building for the Future will radically transform the museum's Chelsea site and vastly improve its offer to audiences. Find out more on the National Army Museum website.
We worked with the museum on two projects during 2013 to provide research and evidence for the bid, working with associates Dr Tracy Craggs and Alison Glew. There's more information about our work here. A huge amount of effort goes into planning and preparing a bid of this scale. We'd like to congratulate everyone at the museum and look forward to visiting when the work is complete to see the results!
